Get Rent Verified™ exists because the rental industry has a trust gap that hurts everyone — landlords lose investments, great tenants lose opportunities, and the screening tools that exist were built for a different era.

The moment that started it.

One tenant cost more than a year of rent in property damage. References were verified. The background check came back clean. None of it caught what a verified behavioral history would have shown. That experience, after nearly 20 years operating rental properties across six states, made one thing clear: the rental industry needed a verified reputation infrastructure that did not exist.

So we built it.
